Tougher airgun measures sought over animal and bird attacks

The South East is one of the worst parts of the UK for reports of animals and birds being shot by airguns. There have been 350 airgun attacks reported in Kent and Sussex over the past five years, leaving animals killed or maimed.It has led to a call for tougher licensing on the ownership of air weapons.
