Fight breaks out in Brighton city centre

A FIGHT broke out between two men near a bookmaker in Brighton city centre.

The incident happened near the Paddy Power store in North Street on Monday at around 1.50pm.

No injuries were reported, but officers are looking to speak to witnesses.

Neal Hudders, unemployed and of no fixed address, has since been charged with affray, attempt wounding with intent and threatening a person with a knife in public.

The 35-year-old has been remanded in custody ahead of a trial at Lewes Crown Court on February 20.

Anyone with information about the incident should call Sussex Police on 101 quoting serial 646 of 22/01.
