Teenagers in Folkestone have turned to a charity for help with mental health concerns.The money available for treatment on the NHS varies dramatically across the south-east of England.In Canterbury, Kent, an average of £60 is spent on each child who uses Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), compared to £11 in Hastings and Rother, East Sussex.
